Land Selling Price

The proposed for sale price of the land is RM 190 000 per acre, which works out to be RM 1,691,000 for the whole piece, or about RM4.36 per square feet.  The sale price is determined after a local valuation house verbally valued the land at RM 180,000 to RM 220,000 per acre.

The piece of land, located near centre of town is close to various amenities, industrial centres and educational institutes.  Hence, it is very much an unpolished diamond.  Investors will definitely find ways to add value to the property, thus making a handsome profit out of it.
